User Research
Understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users through qualitative and quantitative research methods. This includes conducting interviews, surveys, and analyzing user data to guide design decisions.
I am a UX designer with a foundation in Industrial Design and a Master's
degree in User Experience Design from Universidad Internacional de la Rioja.
My journey into UX design began after earning my Bachelor's in Industrial Design,
where I realized my passion for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences.
With several years of experience working for companies like PepsiCo,
I have honed my skills in designing seamless intranet systems, mobile applications,
and enterprise tools. I am particularly focused on user research, prototyping, and
accessibility, ensuring that every design I create is both functional and accessible to diverse users.
I am a creative problem solver who values empathy and user insights. My design process
always starts with understanding the user’s needs, putting myself in their shoes to
craft experiences that truly meet their expectations. Whether I’m designing a global
intranet for a large corporation or a mobile app for a startup, my approach centers on
delivering solutions that empower users.
Understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users through qualitative and quantitative research methods. This includes conducting interviews, surveys, and analyzing user data to guide design decisions.
Creating interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to visualize design solutions and test usability before development. Prototyping helps to validate design ideas and gather feedback from users.
Wireframes are crucial for planning layout and navigation without focusing on visual design, ensuring a clear and efficient user experience.
Organizing and structuring content in a way that makes sense to the user, improving the accessibility and usability of the product. Esssential for creating intuitive navigation systems and organizing complex information.
Designing products that are usable by people with various disabilities, ensuring inclusivity. This includes adhering to accessibility standards and making designs that are easy to navigate for users with different needs.
A/B testing is vital for optimizing user interface elements based on real user data, improving user engagement and experience.
Creating detailed profiles of target users based on research to represent different segments of the audience. Personas guide the design process, ensuring that solutions are tailored to the needs of real users.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator for creating user interfaces and designing interactive experiences. These tools are key for visual design, prototyping, and collaboration across teams.
Basic understanding of web development technologies that complement design skills, enabling smooth collaboration and handoffs with developers.
